Ahhhhhhhhh…

We were so lucky to meet Caellum’s pet kitten Lexi this week!

We asked questions to help us with our MRS NERG learning about living things.

This is what we found out:

Movement – cats move to play and find food.
Respiration – cats use oxygen to turn food into energy.
Sensitivity – cats use their whiskers to check if they can fit through small gaps.

Nutrition – cats eat meat and fish.
Excretion – cats get rid of waste from their body in litter trays and outside.
Reproduction – female cats can have kittens.
Growth – cats grow from tiny kittens into fully grown cats.

Thank you again to Caellum and his mummy (and  Lexi!) for helping us with our learning!
